Job Description
Join Light & Wonder's Field Service team and help transform the gaming world by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting award-winning games at customer sites.

Requirements

  • Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s, ETG’s, and equipment
  • Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing
  • Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status
  • Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards
  • Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures
