Role OverviewWe are currently looking for a Field Service Technician (Level I) to provide meter services necessary to obtain metering readings, ensure accurate recordings of electric usage, and perform meter installation and removal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with NOVEC's policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Obtain meter readings by utilizing the MV-90 XI program; ensure accurate recordings of electric usage; and operate, investigate, maintain, and update records for proper billing utilizing G-5 handheld equipment.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- One year of directly related customer service or equivalent experience is desired
- Successful completion of Meter Reading Proficiency Test within six months of employment is required
