Field Service Technician – Industrial Weighing Products

Requirements

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on industrial weighing equipment
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs
• Provide end-user training on equipment use and care
• Document work performed and maintain data integrity in service database
• Communicate closely with Scheduling Analyst, Service Support Team, sales, and fellow technicians
• Maintain company vehicle and assigned parts inventory
• Support service revenue by identifying service or product needs and submitting sales leads
