Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to drive sales growth, perform preventative maintenance, execute installations, and oversee collections within an assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Background in customer service and/or sales
  • Prior experience in mechanical repair (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell value-added products and services
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-disciplinary issues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate company vehicles in compliance with fleet policy
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs
