Role OverviewThe Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting railroad diagnostic and monitoring systems across North America. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use various tools and equipment.
What You Will Do
The Field Technician will perform duties such as installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment onsite, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components, and training customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
