Role OverviewThe Field Service Technician performs work remotely at customer sites, installing and servicing equipment, providing customer training and support as necessary. This role requires troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines and robots, conducting tests and inspections, and educating customers on equipment operation. The technician must also manage customer issues, order replacement parts, and instruct other service technicians and customer operators on maintenance and safe operations.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots, conducts tests and inspections, educates customers on equipment operation, manages customer issues, and orders replacement parts. Performs safety checks on equipment, instructs other service technicians and customer operators, and communicates with the Central Service/Manufacturing/Parts Center.

An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, and 5+ years of experience in injection molding troubleshooting or processing is required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of blueprints and schematics, experience with injection molding machines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
