Role OverviewAs a Field Service Technician, you will perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs at customer sites under the supervision of the Service Manager. You will also maintain a positive client relationship and provide excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include supporting sales staff, installing new equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs, documenting service performed, and preparing time sheets and service reports.
