Role OverviewThe Field Service Technician will perform new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair of BLM equipment at the customer site, while maintaining a positive client relationship.
What You Will Do
The duties include supporting the sales staff, installing new equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and service of equipment, as well as accurately documenting all service performed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work overtime as required, and travel up to 100% as assigned by management.
