Role OverviewEpiroc is a global productivity partner for mining & construction customers. We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide thorough service support for technical problems, monitoring, testing, and demonstrations. The role requires displaying specialized expertise and skill when troubleshooting, repairing and installing parts, while maintaining Epiroc's high quality standards.
What You Will Do
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and installing parts, maintaining accurate personal tool inventory, and communicating with customers and internal staff. They will also provide warranty support, evaluate and validate claims, and submit service reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, previous work experience demonstrating a strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics. They will also need to complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year of employment.
Requirements

- TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for Department of Transportation (DOT) purposes
- Certificate of Completion for a Technical or Trade School, or an equivalent of 2-5 years of relevant experience (for Level 2 and 3)
- Expert at Rig Control Systems (RCS) (for Level 3)
