Job Description
Provide the Aagard experience by delivering a user-friendly machine, conducting top-tier training, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Conduct successful new machine/retro builds, test and assemble machines, and provide quality assurance. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers through professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Drafting, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Ability to view and understand CAD drawings and experience with Microsoft products
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Ability to seek training that is needed to be travel ready and have an interest in machine controls
  • Experience or training with PCs, Servos, PLCs
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and use of correct terminology
  • Strong customer service skills, conscientious of meeting and exceeding customer needs and specifications
  • Ability to operate small hand tools, forklifts and the proper use of measuring instruments
  • Confidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
  • Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
  • Must comply with applicable travel requirements, including receiving any vaccinations necessary for entry into certain countries (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
  • Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb
