Job Description
Standard Bots is a New York-based robotics company building AI-powered six-axis robot arms. As a Field Service Technician, you'll travel to customer sites to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Standard Bots systems, serving as a trusted technical resource and ambassador for the brand.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in a technical field, engineering, mechatronics, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in robotics, industrial automation, or electromechanical systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel extensively (60–80% field time)
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional communication abilities
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various manufacturing environments
