Field Service Technician/Mechanic

As a Field Service Technician/Mechanic at Carolina Handling, you will be responsible for servicing lift trucks and vehicles, troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, and performing installations and repairs. You will interact directly with customers to understand their concerns and ensure complete satisfaction with the service provided. You will also maintain a professional demeanor, fostering goodwill with customers through superior customer service.

What You Will Do

Troubleshooting, customer interaction, repair work, scheduled maintenance, inventory management, van maintenance, safety compliance, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
