Role OverviewAs a Field Service Technician-Network, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment. You will have direct contact with customers and be proactive in selling TDS services and products. You will work independently with little supervision and be responsible for project management of system installations.
What You Will Do
You will install, troubleshoot, test, splice, repair, and maintain telephone equipment and general network equipment. You will also provide troubleshooting support techniques and corrections, respond to trouble dispatches, and provide high-level support for enhancing and maintaining record systems.

Requirements
- 1+ year basic technical telecommunications experience
- 6+ months of basic fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing and repair, installation and repair, or switch training
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain DOT requirements
