Job Description
The Field Service Welder/Fabricator/Multi-craft will create welds in accordance with drawings and specifications, and work as a multi-craft mechanical resource within the Field Services team, performing various mechanical maintenance and project tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and mechanical maintenance, with certifications or equivalent experience in welding and general mechanical maintenance/projects/turnarounds.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or trade school certification in craft preferred, but equivalent experience in welding and general mechanical maintenance/projects/turnarounds will be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial welding experience desired, but will consider lesser experience depending upon individual
  • Strong, hands-on background in welding of plate, piping (including small bore) and structural components, including carbon steel and stainless steel (where applicable), using GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and FCAW welding processes and equipment
