Role Overview

Provide best-in-class support for TTI brand riding mower programs by engaging customers and service centers in the field. Cover a territory to diagnose and repair riding mower units, train and recruit service centers, and work with the engagement center.

What You Will Do

Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers in the field, recruit and train new service centers, train existing service centers, and conduct phone support for customers and service centers.

Must be mechanically inclined, have problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to satisfy consumers and end-users with little guidance or management intervention is necessary.
