Job Description

As a Field Specialist, you will act as the onsite technical expert and primary Baker Hughes focal point at customer locations, leading field crews, mentoring less experienced FSEs, and ensuring flawless execution of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
Executing Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project-Related Procedures (PRP) with expert proficiency
Providing onsite technical direction for the operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of wellheads, X-trees, and related equipment
Leading field crews and mentoring junior FSEs to build technical capability and operational readiness
Managing offshore inventory and ensuring availability of Baker Hughes equipment and tools
