Role OverviewSLB is seeking a proactive and safety-focused individual to join our Well Construction Fluids team in Shreveport, Louisiana, as a Field Specialist Trainee. This is an entry-level field position designed for recent graduates, individuals with relevant military experience, or candidates looking to begin a career in the energy industry.
What You Will Do
Execute Well Construction Fluids services safely and efficiently at customer locations. Ensure job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Technical degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field

- Previous experience in field operations, oil and gas, military, technical, mechanical, or customer-facing environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
