Job Description

Field Superintendent is responsible for the profitable supervision of a major portion of the field work performed by The Weitz Company or its subcontractors. The role involves reviewing and enforcing contract terms, organizing work, and managing project costs. The Field Superintendent will report to the Project Superintendent and will be responsible for maintaining a professional image and providing safety to the public.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years of project construction experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Data center experience is strongly preferred
Excellent leadership skills with a desire to mentor, coach, and develop a team
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to balance and prioritize projects with impending deadlines
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Problem solving and negotiation skills
Business acumen and relationship building skills
