Job Description
The Electrical Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and directing field operations for commercial, industrial, and/or service electrical construction projects.
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of commercial electrical construction experience
Minimum 3–5 years of field leadership experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent
Strong knowledge of Commercial and industrial electrical systems, NEC and local electrical codes, Construction sequencing and scheduling, Jobsite safety standards and OSHA requirements
Proven ability to lead multiple crews and large-scale field operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
