Field Superintendent - Service

As a Field Superintendent of Existing Installations, you will oversee servicing, maintenance, and repair of assigned units to meet customer and company standards for quality, safety, and cost management. You will support area objectives through effective project oversight and employee management.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities include building a safe and effective team environment, coordinating routes and scheduling, ordering parts, and verifying payroll accuracy while assuring profitability. You will also perform regular site inspections, conduct field safety audits, and educate technicians on processes and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or related field

• Proven leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to be on call as needed
