Role OverviewThe Field Superintendent owns the execution of assigned industrial mechanical projects, splitting time evenly between the jobsite and the office. This is a self-directed role: the Field Superintendent is expected to plan the work, coordinate crews and materials, manage the customer relationship, and resolve day-to-day issues independently.

Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership and sound judgment should expect to move into a full Project Manager position within approximately 1–3 months.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a field leadership role (e.g., Foreman, Lead) on industrial mechanical, construction, maintenance, outage, or shutdown projects
- Working knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, piping, rigging, welding, and equipment installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both a jobsite and an office setting, and shifting between the two regularly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
