Job Description
The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing multiple field operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in oilfield or industrial field operations, including supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.)
  • Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with basic computer programs and field reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, visitors, vendors and other employees
