Role OverviewAs a Field Superintendent of Modernization (MOD), you will oversee elevator modernization projects, managing field technicians and multiple projects to meet customer and company standards for safety, schedule adherence, quality, and cost management. Support area and company objectives through effective project oversight, procurement, and employee management.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage field technicians, oversee multiple projects to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. Coordinate project scheduling, material procurement, and field logistics to maintain smooth operations and timely project completion.

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or related field
- Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing tradespeople
- Flexibility to be on-call as needed
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Project Management skills preferred
