Role OverviewShaw Construction is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily and workforce housing projects across Colorado mountain regions. The Field Superintendent will oversee subcontractor coordination, maintain project schedules, enforce quality and safety standards, and serve as the primary point of contact between the field and project management team.
What You Will Do
The Field Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and managing on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, quality control, and safety management. They will also develop and implement site planning, logistics, and build strategy for work execution.

Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of building construction experience required at the Superintendent level for ground-up projects between $20M - $100M
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Hands-on experience with shoring systems and concrete excavation
- Working knowledge of stormwater management and compliance
- Experience coordinating with surveyors and shoring contractors
- Proficiency with drone operation or field documentation technology a plus
- Strong documentation and paperwork management skills
