Job Description
The Field Supervisor will monitor and supervise kitchen operations, including supervising staff, evaluating sanitation and health practices, and monitoring food costs. The Field Supervisor will also assist cafeteria managers with reports, record keeping, and organization of store rooms, and recommend ways to improve programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manager certification
  • Three years experience as a child nutrition manager
  • Oral and written English
  • Basic math skills
  • Interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety procedures
  • Valid Louisiana driver's license
  • Louisiana Certified Cafeteria Manager certification
