Role OverviewWe're seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to direct support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.
What You Will Do
Support individuals receiving ECF & DIDD services, conduct quality visits, build relationships, help individuals achieve employment and independence goals, and coach & support direct support professionals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
