Role OverviewWe are seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs. The Field Supervisor will provide leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to direct support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.
What You Will Do
The Field Supervisor will support individuals receiving ECF and DIDD services, conduct quality visits, build relationships with individuals and families, and coach and support direct support professionals. The Field Supervisor will also ensure quality and compliance, problem solve, and improve services.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
