Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates activities of subcontracted labor crews engaged in new installation of roofing, siding, and gutters. Responsible for receiving daily schedules and assigning jobs to labor crews and serving as the main point of contact for assigned builders and labor crews.
What You Will Do
Source and recruit labor crews (subcontractors), assign daily installation jobs, ensure that all installs and repairs are completed per assigned schedule, and approve all sub-contractor’s invoices for assigned crews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize work and meet demanding production schedules, and thorough understanding of shingle roofing are required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 2-5 years of experience in construction industry required
- 2+ years of roofing or siding experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Clean driving record with no accidents or major infractions within the past 3 years
