Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation and service of all product offerings within an assigned geographic area. This position acts as the field liaison between the company and the customer and ensures that field operational policies, processes and procedures are properly followed.
What You Will Do
Perform PREWALK/ POST-WALK / QUALITY WALK to ensure complete and quality installation, oversee all repair resolutions on designated job sites, and troubleshoot and/or resolve homebuyer issues as they arise on the jobsite.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' estimation experience in the construction industry
