Job Description
The Compensation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations within the Compensation team, executing salary transactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and collective bargaining agreements. This role involves processing pay actions, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate processing of job changes and policy adjustments. The position requires detail-oriented service mindset and customer focus, with a strong understanding of compensation principles.

Requirements

  • Process and review compensation transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation-related Service requests.
  • Review and route job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and execute co-op and intern pay increases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with the implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Maintain payroll accuracy and integrity.
