Field Supervisor, Telecommunications

The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of assigned markets, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and meeting organizational quality standards. The role involves working in a variety of environments, indoors and outdoors, and requires excellent customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, participating in onboarding new contractor crews, reviewing completed work, and supporting warehouse teams. The Field Supervisor must also ensure resources are secured and maintained, prioritize safety, and exceed client and company performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of cable, broadband, or telecommunications construction experience, prior leadership experience, and the ability to travel daily. The Field Supervisor must be open to various schedules, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of cable, broadband, or telecommunications construction experience
• Prior leadership experience
• Ability to travel daily covering Helena, Missoula, and Butte markets
• Must be open to a variety of schedules
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
• Strong desire to grow and develop team members
• Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated
• Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
• A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
