Role Overview

The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of assigned markets, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet organizational quality standards. The role involves working in a variety of environments, indoors and outdoors, and requires excellent customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, participating in the onboarding of new contractor crews, reviewing completed work, and supporting warehouse teams. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining resources, ensuring safety, and exceeding client and company performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of cable, broadband, or telecommunications construction experience, with prior leadership experience a plus. The Field Supervisor will be open to various schedules and accessible as the point of escalation, with a strong desire to grow and develop team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cable, broadband, or telecommunications construction experience
  • Prior leadership experience a plus
  • Ability to travel daily covering Helena, Missoula, and Butte markets
  • Must be open to a variety of schedules and accessible as the point of escalation
  • Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
  • Strong desire to grow and develop team members
  • Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
  • Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
  • A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
