Role OverviewThe Field Support Tech will coordinate measure appointments, gather required information, schedule with the provided contact, and prepare all required paperwork, tools, and transportation. They will also perform field support requirements, photographing the RTU in question, capturing all required dimensions, and documenting what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.
What You Will Do
The Field Support Tech will perform field support tasks, including coordinating and documenting measures and field work, and informing the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.

Requirements
- Must be able to load, unload, and handle a 65 lb. extension ladder
- Must be able to carry a 30 lb. tool bag
- Must be able to work in conditions from 0 F to 100 F
- Must be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue
