Role OverviewThe Field Survey Party Chief supports daily operations, leads a survey crew, and instructs crew members on survey techniques. The role requires proficiency with optical and digital instruments, GPS, and data collectors. The primary office location is Port St Lucie, FL, and may require assistance on projects for the Melbourne & Stuart offices as needed.
What You Will Do
Perform and supervise boundary, topographic, as-built surveys, and construction layouts while adhering to plan schedules and production standards. Collect, code, and prepare/enter field notes into databases using data collectors and standardized company protocols.

Requirements
- Minimum of Five years in land survey field work and demonstrated skills
- High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Land Surveying is preferred but not required
- Experience with modern surveying equipment is required. Trimble/Spectra surveying equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing
- Must be fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
