Job Description
The Field Talent Manager will drive achievement of key business objectives and support all aspects of the co-employment agreement, including interviewing and hiring, coaching core behaviors, and performance management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management
  • 5-7 years’ minimum pharmaceutical sales management experience or 4 years’ minimum human resources management experience with a strong focus in employee relations, coaching and recruiting
  • Valid driver's license with ability and willingness to accommodate overnight travel up to 30%
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
