Role OverviewField Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments.
What You Will Do
Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House(FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH) and/or Prep.

Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant, have worked at that location for at least six months, and have their current employer’s support before applying.

Benefits
- Paid at an hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington)
- Daily per diem
- Overtime pay at a rate of one and one-half times the regular rate of pay
