Role OverviewNTT DATA is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in Marietta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing installs, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, refresh, hardware and software break fix, network smart hand support, and smart hand support for security and VDI. The role requires active driver's license and vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.
What You Will Do
The Field Tech Associate will execute service delivery by performing various tasks, including troubleshooting and reimaging, coordinating with client end users, and meeting service level agreements. The role also involves updating system of record for delivery incidents and requests, and identifying potential issues that could impact end user experience or contractual obligations.
