Role OverviewAs a Field Technician, you will install and troubleshoot equipment, educate customers on smart home technology, and drive sales of products and related services. You will work independently with a variety of tasks without constant oversight. You will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles like Field Service Manager, Corporate Training Instructor, and Trade Development Specialist.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include installing tech products from various companies, troubleshooting and solving equipment and service issues, and educating customers on smart home technology. You will also drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
