Role Overview

Field Technician will install customer service drops or outlets, troubleshoot and repair reception performance issues, and resolve problems from customer equipment to the output of the first distribution amplifier. The role requires a good driving record, flexibility to work overtime and on-call, and problem-solving skills. The position involves working in small and confined areas, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in all weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Good driving record and valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work overtime and on-call
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 months of customer service or related experience
