Job Description
We are seeking a Field Technician I to join our team to respond to and resolve technical issues at partner properties. This is a 100% on-site, regional travel-based position requiring daily driving between properties and performing hands-on installation and repair of kiosk and sportsbook equipment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of service as a technician (casino/computer tech) or equivalent education
  • Experience working with hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of network testing equipment
  • Knowledge of Windows-based computers and basic ISP knowledge
  • Ability to work on your own, follow directions and complete assigned projects in a timely manner
  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner towards other staff and our customers
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull, push 100lbs
  • Must be able to twist, bend, reach, climb, squat or stoop with no significant boundaries
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to write for extended periods of time
  • Must be 21 years old with a valid driving license and clean driving record
