Role Overview

Provide on-the-spot technical support to employees and customers, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, assist with setup and configuration of new devices and applications, and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
