Job Description
We are seeking a Field Technician to support active projects primarily in the Northeast US with potential travel to projects throughout the US. The successful candidate will work alongside others in a fast-paced environment, be enthusiastic about their work with a strong commitment to health and safety and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Collect environmental samples including soil, sediment, surface water, groundwater and biota
  • Field data collection using digital technologies
  • Collection and field processing of fish species for tissue analysis and population surveys
  • Aquatic plant surveys
  • Record detailed field notes
  • General equipment management and maintenance duties
  • Travel away from home office up to 50%
  • Support construction monitoring activities
  • Support wetland delineations and surveys of restored wetlands
