Role OverviewThis position is designed for individuals with leadership potential who want to grow into a key operational role within our organization. The Field Technician will learn our contents restoration processes, equipment, quality standards, and customer service expectations through hands-on field experience. As proficiency is demonstrated, the Field Technician will transition into increased leadership responsibilities, helping coordinate crews, train team members, and support daily operations.
What You Will Do
Lead by example and support team members in the field, assist with packing, inventory, and contents moving, coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments, ensure company quality standards are met, train and coach technicians on procedures and best practices, communicate project updates to management, help maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles, resolve job-site issues and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
