The Field Technician will learn our contents restoration processes, equipment, quality standards, and customer service expectations through hands-on field experience.
What You Will Do
Lead by example and support team members in the field, assist with packing, inventory, and contents moving, coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments, and ensure company quality standards are met.

Requirements
- Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
