Requirements

  • Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance
  • Associate degree in environmental technology or related scientific field
  • Elementary understanding and knowledge of State and Federal regulations as they apply to hazardous and radioactive waste management
  • Intermediate skills and knowledge of field instrumentation
  • Ability to meet medical qualification to wear respiratory protection equipment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
