The Field Title Clerk I is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position involves scheduling appointments, processing vehicle purchases, and maintaining safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including data entry and email communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including overtime as needed
  • Basic automotive knowledge or related experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and vendors in a professional and efficient manner
