Field Trainer 2

The Field Trainer 2 is responsible for providing expert hands-on training and classroom instruction to field employees, promoting safety and quality standards, and identifying student growth opportunities. This role emphasizes field instruction mastery, student career development, and maintaining high student engagement levels. The Field Trainer 2 will provide classroom instruction, administer hands-on training, and test and evaluate students. They will also monitor student engagement and learning levels, review training materials, and identify potential instructor candidates.

Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction, demonstrate advanced field training techniques, identify and support student growth, enhance and maintain high student engagement levels, administer hands-on training, test and evaluate students, monitor student engagement and learning levels, and review training materials.

• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards
