Job Description

As a Field Trainer, you'll design and deliver impactful training through multiple channels, including in-person sessions and live virtual webinars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • At least two years of leadership experience within the consumer finance industry
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Comfort and confidence delivering training both in-person and through virtual platforms and webinars
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across field locations nationwide
