Role OverviewThe Field Development Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting world-class training programs that enhance the technical skills, safety performance, and operational effectiveness of field personnel. This role plays a key role in developing job-specific training that reinforces Precision Drilling’s strong safety culture, operational excellence, and commitment to employee development.
What You Will Do
Facilitate new employee onboarding, deliver engaging, job-specific training programs for field personnel, operate and support rig training equipment, and serve as a coach, mentor, and problem solver for field employees.

Requirements
- Field experience with a proven safety record
- Drilling experience (Driller level preferred)
- Alpha A&N knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education (asset)
- 3+ years of training experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint
