Role OverviewThe Field Training Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training field employees to build competencies in hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe, efficient rig operations through hands-on, in-field support.
What You Will Do
Travel to rig sites to provide hands-on coaching and training while working directly alongside field crews, reinforce safe work practices, and train crews on key safety processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- Required safety certifications (Well Control, H2S, First Aid, Fall Protection, Rig Rescue, Confined Space)
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring field personnel
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, equipment, and performance optimization
- Effective communicator with strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
